In the PCBA assembly electronic product production workshop, how do our employees manage anti-static equipment to avoid static electricity damage during the production process and improve the quality of electronic products.
1) Electrostatic safety workbench: It consists of workbench, anti-static workbench pad, wrist strap connector and grounding wire.
2) There should be more than two wrist strap joints on the anti-static table mat, one for operators and one for technicians or inspectors.
3) It is not allowed to stack plastic boxes, rubber, cardboard, glass and other sundries that are prone to static electricity on the anti-static safety workbench. The drawings and materials should be placed in an anti-static document bag.
4) Anti-static wrist strap. People who directly touch static-sensitive components must wear an anti-static wrist strap, which should be in good contact with human skin.
5) Anti-static container. The parts fixing bag, turnover box, PCB loading and unloading rack at the production site should have electrostatic protection function. Metal containers and ordinary containers are prohibited, and all containers must be grounded.
6) Anti-static overalls. People who enter the electrostatic work area and those who come into contact with SMD components must wear anti-static work clothes, especially in a dry environment with a relative humidity of less than 50% (such as winter). Work clothes fabrics should meet the relevant national standards.
7) People entering the work area must wear anti-static work shoes, while those wearing ordinary shoes should use conductive shoelaces, anti-static shoe covers or heel straps.
8) The conveyor belt and drive shaft used on the production line should be equipped with anti-static grounding brushes and electric poles.
9) The ion wind static eliminator can be used on the surface of the conveyor belt.
10) Assembly fixtures, test fixtures, welding tools and various instruments used on the production site should be equipped with good grounding wires.
11) An anti-static test bench should be installed at the entrance of the production site. Everyone who enters the production site should undergo an antistatic test.
