In order to eliminate the influence of these unfavorable factors, relevant enterprises need to be equipped with anti-static mats and other static protective materials in time to improve the safety of electronic products in the process of production and use, thereby improving the production efficiency of the entire workflow. Some precautions when using the anti-static mat are as follows:
1. The surface of the product is strictly prohibited from contact with acid and alkaline solvents (such as benzene, alcohol, etc.), which may cause the product to change its color, fading and resistance. Need to clean up. Anti-static rubber has stable performance, high quality and imported key raw material formula. It can be wiped with a neutral cloth (such as water) with a dust-free cloth.
2, the glue used must be the same as the bottom of the stepping stone produced by the platform, but also with me as the data is compatible, both strong bonding, and will not appear after the product sticks to produce a compressed scene, it is recommended to experiment after the trial and then mass production.
3, product: It is recommended to enlarge the product specifications when cutting, relax and store for 24 hours at the same time, let the product have a fatigue recovery process, and then carry out glue bonding production.
