ESD protective equipment and equipment
In order to prevent the harm of static electricity to human body and electronic products, various functions and types of ESD protection products have been designed. Due to the wide variety and different uses, let us briefly introduce the various anti-static equipment provided by our company.
Generally divided into two categories:
1. Human body ESD protection products
2. ESD protection equipment in the production environment of the electronic industry
Today, we mainly introduce human body ESD protection products:
(1) ESD protective overalls (also known as anti-static overalls)
The ESD protective suit is made of conductive fiber. When rubbed against other objects, the generated static electricity leaks through the contact of the conductive fiber with the human body or through the corona discharge and diffusion between the conductive fibers. Thereby antistatic accumulation. When wearing ESD protective clothing, it must be used with ESD protective shoes (anti-static shoes).

(2) ESD protective shoes (anti-static shoes)
The shoe sole is made of conductive carbon black synthetic rubber, which is used to leak static electricity from the ESDS device operator to prevent static accumulation of the human body.
The anti-static sole resistance value is 5×104～108 ohm, and the conductive shoe resistance is no more than 1.5×105 ohm. The difference between the use of anti-static shoes and conductive shoes is that anti-static shoes can be used in an environment with electrical equipment to prevent electric shock from the human body at 250 volts. Conductive shoes cannot be used in environments where there is a risk of electric shock.
