Frequently Asked Questions of Ion Fans
1. The power switch light is on and there is no display on the display
a. The protruding part of each protective cover bears a protective switch, and the ion blower can only be started when all protective covers are against the protective switch. When the protective cover is against the protective switch, there will be a "stick" sound. Open the protective cover to check which protective cover is not against the protective switch

2. The ion fan sometimes alarms and does not alarm (the reason for the alarm is that the displayed value exceeds the set alarm threshold)
a. Excessive dust and attachments on the ion emission needle
b. Whether the alarm threshold has changed (factory value is 50)
c. Calibrate the balance through the display to make the displayed value lower than the alarm threshold
3. The ion balance is up to standard, and the discharge time is too high
a. Whether the filter is clogged with foreign matter, which causes the air output to be too small
4. The ion balance is high, and the discharge time is up to standard
a. Clean the ion emission needle
b. Change the tip to the shield ion emission needle
5. Ion balance and elimination time are not up to standard
a. Check whether the inner net and outer net of the air outlet metal net are short-circuited
b. Check whether the outer net of the air outlet is in good contact with the shielded wire terminal
c. Check whether the ion emission needle is carbonized after long-term use
d. Use a high-voltage tester to detect whether each ion emission needle has a high-voltage output (3.5KV left)
