The electrostatic performance requirements of the components of the anti-static operating system
1. The operator must wear an anti-static wrist strap;
2. ESD sensitive devices must be electrostatically shielded;
3. When preparing to unpack and test electrostatic sensitive devices, it must be carried out on an anti-static workbench. If possible, it can be equipped with an ion fan ** unequal charges in the air;
4. The welding equipment and forming tooling equipment used in the assembly must be grounded. The welding tool uses an internally heated soldering iron, and the grounding must be good, and the grounding resistance must be small;
5. During product testing, when the power is on, the device cannot be plugged in or unplugged at will, and the device must be plugged and unplugged when the power is turned off;
6. Any ESD-sensitive device should not be taken out of the original package too early, and the operating specifications must be correctly followed, and try not to touch the legs of the ESD-sensitive device;
7. When using wave soldering, the solder and the transmission system must be grounded;
8. On the production line of ESD-sensitive testing instruments, electrostatic potential testers should be strictly used to monitor changes in electrostatic potential so that static elimination measures can be taken in time;
9. Anti-static safety workbench:
a. The electrostatic safety workbench is the basic part of the anti-static work area. It consists of a workbench, an anti-static bench pad, a wrist strap connector, and a grounding wire;
b. There should be no less than two wrist strap joints on the anti-static table pad, one for operators and the other for technicians, inspectors or other personnel;
c. When necessary, an ion fan shall be equipped on the electrostatic safety workbench;
d. It is not allowed to stack plastic boxes (sheets), rubber, cardboard, glass, etc., which are prone to static electricity, on the electrostatic safety workbench, and the drawings and materials should be placed in an anti-static document bag;
10. Anti-static container During the development and production process of electronic equipment, all storage and turnover SSD containers (component bags, transfer boxes, printed board racks, component storage boxes, etc.) should have electrostatic protection performance. Metal and ordinary plastic containers are not allowed. When necessary, the turnover box for storing components should be grounded;
11. Static eliminators should use ion wind static eliminators to eliminate static charges on the surface of insulating materials;
12. Anti-static work clothes:
a. People who enter the anti-static work area or come into contact with the SSD should wear anti-static work clothes, and the anti-static work clothes fabrics should meet the requirements of GB12014;
b. In an environment where the relative humidity is greater than 50%, pure cotton products are allowed for anti-static work clothes;
13. Anti-static work shoes. People who enter the anti-static work area or come into contact with SSD should wear anti-static work shoes. Anti-static work shoes should comply with the relevant regulations of GB4385. Under normal circumstances, ordinary shoes are allowed, but conductive shoe bundles or heel straps should be used at the same time;
14. When the anti-static transport vehicle transfers SSD or the whole and parts containing SSD, the transport vehicle with anti-static performance should be used;
For middle-use ion fans, etc., provide an equipotential working area.
