Because the electrostatic effect of anti-static packaging materials is not obvious, it must be used. The resistance tester with better precision can only detect the anti-static resistance value. The cheaper one on the market is the SL-030, which has poor accuracy and can only detect the power of 10E3-10E7. It is accurate. The test sample is 10E10 power, it is difficult to detect, it is displayed as 10E12 power, the insulation resistance value, which is wrong. Therefore, it is recommended that customers be cautious when selecting instruments. Resistance testers such as ACL-380 and DP-600 are more precise. They can detect the power of 10E11, which is better when taking test data. Most suitable for anti-static packaging material testing. Their advantages are as follows: 1. It can detect the power consumption of the battery. When the power is strong, it will be displayed as a bright purple light. The LED light shows that the luminosity is getting weaker and weaker, which proves that the battery power is getting less and less. It is recommended in the case of low light. Replace the battery with a new one. The battery's power will affect the accuracy of the test and cause problems. 2. There are many anti-static test lamps, and the measurement is more detailed. For example, the general instrument is: 10E6-10E7. And theirs is: 10E6-3*10E6-10E7, which is simply measured to the power of 6.5. 3. They have the function of testing anti-static volume resistance.
The choice of volume resistance is: similar to ACL-800 heavy hammer resistance tester, which can test surface resistance and volume resistance. The precision is: 10%, and there are different test errors according to different levels.
Friction voltage: Generally select SIMCO FMX-004 electrostatic field tester, its test range is: 0-20KV, the minimum test value is: 10V or more, no test under 10V, if you want to test within 10V, you need The friction voltage requirement of the packaging material for the American TACK brand is: within 100V. So it is enough to choose FMX-004 electrostatic tester.
