Therefore, the water temperature for cleaning anti-static gloves does not exceed 70°C under normal circumstances. Not lower than 50℃, polyester fabric at 60-70℃, nylon fabric at 50-60℃.
Secondly, clean the surface before cleaning the anti-static gloves. The purpose of this step is to reduce pollution and prevent it from being brought into the dust-free workshop. That is to say, the anti-static gloves with oil stains on the surface can be cleaned before they can be cleaned in the dust-free workshop, and if they are damaged, they must be scrapped in time.
Furthermore, after cleaning, the anti-static gloves should be dried under the clean air circulation system of the dust-free workshop. In order to ensure that the anti-static gloves will not cause adverse effects on the production, the anti-static gloves should be treated in time after drying.
