How to detect anti-static products with unknown resistance

Because the measured resistance depends on the applied voltage (the higher the test voltage, the lower the test resistance), and the resistance is unknown, so the following procedure should be performed: the initial applied test voltage is 10V:-if Rx≤10 5th power Ω, the measured value is the result. ——If Rx> 10 5th power Ω, change the voltage to 100V and apply voltage 100V: —— If (5th power of 10 <Rx≤12 power 12) Ω, the measured value is the result. ——If Rx ≤ 5th power Ω, the measured value can be regarded as the result.
The voltage for testing anti-static products is usually 100V. If there is a requirement for personal safety (the current flowing through the human body is limited to less than 5mA when there is a 220V leakage), the 500V test voltage is used.
At present, the electrostatic sensitive voltage of electronic components using large-scale integrated circuits is lower than 100V. Therefore, the test voltage of antistatic products is usually 100V. If the sensitive component of 1000V voltage test is burned back and breakdown, the test result will not What practical significance.
