Temporary visitors or suppliers who cannot be accompanied are accompanied by internal personnel. If there is an ESD violation during the process, the accompanying personnel shall be held accountable.
For grassroots management, engineers and other personnel, use centralized training or let them study independently. After the study is completed, the corresponding personnel must be tested.
After the study is completed, the personnel information can be entered into the ESD access control system, and the entry and exit of personnel can be strictly managed. After the access mechanism is established, an effective audit and evaluation mechanism must be established to ensure that the training effect is implemented. At the same time, a mutual supervision mechanism must be established. Once a person violates the regulations, the person in charge of the area shall bear the corresponding responsibility, and the whistleblower can obtain certain rewards.
