How to install the ion fan and the installation distance of the ion fan
After we buy the ion fan, the first thing is to install it naturally. So how to install the ion fan? There are many types of ion fans. Different types of ion fans have different installation methods. Let's talk about the installation methods of different types of ion fans.

1. Installation of horizontal ion fan
Place the ion fan directly on the workbench, or hang it above the workbench, start the ion fan after power-on, adjust the airflow to the work area where static electricity is removed, and tighten the spiral buttons on both sides of the ion fan to start working.
2. Installation of suspended three-head ion fan
Hang the ion fan at a suitable height, and then adjust the direction of the air flow and the size of the air volume to the working area where static electricity needs to be removed, and then the operation can be started.
3. Installation of desktop ion fan
Put the ion fan on the workbench, connect the power source to start the ion fan. Adjust the airflow generated by the ion fan to the working area that needs to be static, and then tighten the knobs on both sides of the ion fan to work. The desktop ion fan can also be suspended.
Specific operation:
Rotate the governor clockwise until the indicator light is on, which means that the ion fan has started, and the wind speed of the ion fan is increased after the ion airflow is generated. Rotate the governor counterclockwise to the "off" position. At this time, the indicator light is off to indicate that the ion fan has stopped working.
At the same time, the distance between the small ion fan and the installation location is very important. Improper installation will reduce the power dissipation effect. Therefore, the small ion fan should be placed correctly according to the site conditions. The following issues should be considered when installing a small ion fan:
1. The small ion fan should not be installed in a place where the relative temperature is above 80% or the ambient temperature exceeds 150 degrees Celsius. When there are impurities in the air that are likely to pollute the electrostatic precipitator, it is not suitable to install the small ion fan.
2. The minimum distance away from the source of static electricity should be greater than the set distance, generally more than 5-20cm away from the source of static electricity.
3. The small ion fan should be installed at the highest potential position as far as possible.
