How to use anti-static plastic pallets
In order to ensure that anti-static plastic pallets can be used safely for a long time, it is recommended that anti-static plastic pallets be used correctly according to the following requirements:
1. Anti-static plastic pallets should be kept away from sunlight to avoid aging of the plastic and shortening of the service life.
2. It is strictly forbidden to throw goods from a high place into an anti-static plastic pallet. Reasonably determine the stacking method of goods in the pallet. The goods should be placed evenly, not concentrated or eccentrically. Pallets carrying heavy objects should be placed on a flat ground or surface.
3. It is strictly forbidden to drop anti-static plastic pallets from a high place to avoid breaking or cracking the pallet due to violent impact.
4. When a forklift or manual hydraulic vehicle is operating, the fork spikes should be as close to the outside of the pallet fork hole as possible, and the fork spikes should be fully extended into the pallet. The angle can only be changed after the pallet is lifted steadily. The fork spikes should not hit the side of the pallet to avoid breaking or cracking the pallet.
5. When the pallet is on the shelf, a shelf-type pallet must be used. The load capacity depends on the shelf structure, and overloading is strictly prohibited.
6. Steel tube plastic pallets should be used in a dry environment.
