How to use ion fan
The main function of the ion blower is to remove static electricity, with outstanding performance in removing static electricity to prevent static electricity pollution and damage. It is an ideal equipment for personal electrostatic protection areas such as electronic production lines and maintenance stations. My ion fan is designed to be flexible, compact and lightweight, and easy to install.
When using an ion fan, the angle of the ion fan can be adjusted up and down according to the actual situation and production requirements. At the same time, the following points should be noted:
1. Before use, check whether there are debris blocking the air inlet of the ion fan, and clean the debris if there is;
2. When using, adjust the wind speed knob to the maximum air volume. In order to observe the air volume of the ion fan more intuitively, a cloth strip can be added to the air outlet, while ensuring that the ion fan is kept at a certain distance from the selected ion neutralization area (suspended The ion fan is about 60cm, and the desktop ion fan is about 30cm), the air outlet should face the ion neutralization area;
3. After use, turn off the power switch, wipe off the dust of the ion fan dust filter with a low cotton flannel cloth, and keep the ion fan clean.
In addition, there are some taboos in use. Wrong use may not achieve the effect of eliminating static electricity:
1. Turn off the ion blower privately during the working process, which will lose the meaning of installing the ion blower;
2. Turn down the wind speed knob;
3. The ion fan is not facing the working area;
4. The distance from the neutralization area is greater than the recommended distance;
5. There are objects blocking the air outlet;
6. The dust screen is full of dust.
