Installation Method of Anti-static ESD Door Curtain
1. First, measure the width and height of the door to calculate the total length of the anti-static ropes needed. The calculation should be based on the following: the spacing between each rope should be 2-5cm, and the length should be adjusted to about 1 meter off the ground after hanging, ensuring full contact between the rope and the human body to discharge static charge.
2. Cut the rope to the required length and then fix both ends of the cut rope with suitable copper terminals.
3. Cut grooved aluminum alloy tubes or copper plates according to the width of the door. Press the copper terminal of one end of the prepared anti-static rope into the groove of the aluminum alloy tube, and fix the rope at the selected spacing.
4. Fix the aluminum alloy tube or copper plate with the rope installed above the door frame, and ground one end of the aluminum alloy tube or copper plate to discharge static charge.
