Maintenance
1, power supply, gas source requirements
1 The power supply must have a ground wire and be fully grounded. The transformer must be well grounded and the ground wire knob should be checked for tightness before each use.
2 The gas source used must be effectively filtered. Sometimes a secondary filter is needed. The filter should be cleaned in time. Otherwise: water, oil and dust/dust particles enter the ion generating chamber and adhere to the inner wall of the plastic part. When accumulated to a certain extent, the ion needle will ignite it. As a result, the plastic parts gradually form a honeycomb focal length, and the amount of ion removal is gradually reduced; in particular, a safety hazard is generated.
2, in addition to the electrostatic effect adjustment
1 In addition to the static effect, the static electricity time is inversely proportional to the air pressure. The air pressure should be 0.3Mpa-0.7Mpa.
2 The distance between the gun head, the wind nozzle and the electrostatic field and the angle all affect the effect of static electricity, and should be adjusted until satisfactory.
3, routine maintenance
1 air gun / wind mouth is easy to break. Pay attention to the anti-collision when using the air gun, and pay attention to the anti-fall after use. Even if the air nozzle is fixedly installed, take care to prevent object collision.
2 The air gun air pressure regulating valve is moderately and appropriately put into the universal anti-rust lubricating fluid.
3 When cleaning the ion gun air ion needle and ion needle chamber, it is necessary to use anhydrous alcohol to use water. When cleaning, first power off, then use the camera to unscrew the small plastic cover (also called air accelerator) in front of the ion air gun head, use a cotton swab dipped in anhydrous alcohol to clean the inner chamber of the ion needle and ion needle, and inside the inside. The stains and dirt are cleaned.
4 ion air gun feed gas is best to add a foot switch, or through the electromagnetic valve and mechanical action linkage control, not only can improve the use of the effect, but also extend the service life.
