New products of human body electrostatic discharger
The following is the core technical characteristics and functional description of the digital display type - voltage display human body electrostatic discharger
1. Core functions
Real-time voltage display
The human body electrostatic voltage value is dynamically displayed through LED or digital tube, with a typical range of ±0.1kV~±20kV. During the release process, the voltage value continues to drop until it drops to the safety threshold (usually ≤100V).
Double safety protection
Slow release technology: Using a touch ball made of electrostatic subconductor material (surface resistivity 10⁶Ω~10⁹Ω), combined with a built-in resistor network (total resistance ≥1MΩ), the electrostatic discharge time is extended to >1 millisecond to avoid instantaneous discharge sparks.
Residual voltage control: After release, the residual voltage is <100V, ensuring that the energy is lower than the minimum ignition energy of flammable materials (0.2mJ).
Intelligent warning system
Sound and light alarm: When the static voltage exceeds the safety threshold (such as 150V), a red light and 85dB buzzer alarm are triggered; after the release is completed, the green light prompt is switched.
Grounding monitoring: Real-time detection of grounding resistance, if >100Ω, a fault alarm is triggered to ensure the effective operation of the equipment.
2. Key technical parameters
Item Parameter requirements
Based on standards
Explosion-proof level ExiaIICT4 Gb (applicable to hazardous areas in Zone 1 and Zone 2) GB3836.1-2010, GB3836.4-2010
Working temperature -50℃~+100℃ (extreme environment adaptability)
Discharge current ≤0.1mA GB12158-2006
Response time <1 second
3. Application scenarios and specification requirements
Mandatory installation locations:
Entrances such as escalators of oil storage tanks, pump rooms of chemical plants, and hazardous chemicals loading and unloading areas must meet the "static elimination time before operation ≥3 seconds" specified in Q/SY1431-2011.
4. Installation and maintenance points

Grounding reliability
Multi-strand wires with a cross-sectional area of ≥0.3mm² must be used to connect independent grounding electrodes, and the grounding resistance must be <100Ω, and tested regularly.
Location selection
Install it in the passageway that personnel must pass through (such as the workshop entrance, escalator), at a height of about 1 meter, to ensure convenient operation.
Troubleshooting
The yellow light is always on with a beep, indicating that the grounding is abnormal and needs to be repaired immediately.
