Pre-job electrostatic protection training for electronics operators
Static electricity is undoubtedly a fatal factor for electronics companies. Static electricity will cause the breakdown of components, affect product quality, and thus affect the economic profit of the entire enterprise. Therefore, the factory should try to be equipped with complete anti-static equipment and facilities. Operators must carry out anti-static operation training before starting their jobs, and strictly supervise and inspect them.
1. The anti-static workbench is the basic part of the anti-static work area. It consists of a workbench, an anti-static table mat, a wrist strap connector, and a grounding wire. Among them, there should be no less than two wrist strap joints on the anti-static table mat, one for operators and the other for technicians, inspectors or other personnel. When necessary, an ion wind static eliminator should be equipped on the static safety workbench.
2. Anti-static wrist strap: People who directly touch electrostatic sensitive devices should wear anti-static wrist straps. The wrist straps should be in good contact with the human skin. The wrist straps must be non-irritating or allergic to the human body. The anti-static wrist strap must be worn in strict accordance with the requirements and must not be hung on the wrist at will.
3. Personal anti-static equipment: personnel entering the anti-static work area should wear anti-static work clothes, anti-static work shoes, and wear protective masks, etc., so as to ensure that employees themselves do not generate dust. Anti-static clothing and shoes must be worn neatly and should not be taken out of the production area at will.
4. Anti-static turnover equipment is indispensable in the factory's anti-static equipment, such as anti-static turnover boxes, anti-static material boxes, anti-static trays, etc., are the first choice for holding components or products.
