Precautions for the use of ion fan
1. The use environment should always be kept clean, the surface of the ion fan should be kept clean, and there should be no debris at the air inlet and outlet. Regularly eliminate the dust and other debris in the ion fan and the pipe.
2. The ion fan can only be operated under normal conditions. The power supply facilities must be kept in sufficient capacity and the voltage is stable. Operation without phase is strictly prohibited. The power supply line must be a dedicated line, and temporary lines should not be used for a long time.
3. During the operation of the ion fan, it is found that the fan has abnormal noise, the motor is seriously heated, the shell is electrified, the switch is tripped, and it cannot be started. It should be stopped immediately for inspection. For safety reasons, maintenance is not allowed while the fan is running. After maintenance, it should be tested for about five minutes to confirm that there is no abnormal phenomenon, and then start the operation.
4. Supplement or replace the lubricating grease on the bearing from time to time according to the environmental conditions of use (the closed bearing of the motor does not need to replace the lubricating grease during the service life). To ensure the good lubrication of the ion fan during operation, the number of refueling is not less than 1000 hours /time, close the bearing and motor bearing, fill 2/3 of the inner and outer rings of the bearing with lubricating grease. Running without oil is strictly prohibited.
5. The ion fan should be stored in a dry environment to prevent the motor from getting wet. When the ion fan is stored in the open air, rainproof measures should be taken. During storage and handling, the fan should be prevented from bumping to avoid damage to the ion fan.
