Precautions for Using Antistatic Cleanroom Wipes
Every antistatic product has its own usage requirements and precautions. Cleanroom wipes, as one of the most important supplies in industrial production, differ from ordinary wiping paper. Only correct use will ensure the product achieves its optimal effect.
First, wear cleanroom gloves and a mask when using and unpacking. For high-end cleanroom wipes, unpacking should be done in a clean environment, and the packaging bag should be thoroughly cleaned before unpacking, especially the opening.
Second, when wiping, tuck all four sides of the cleanroom wipe inside. Do not use the edges of the wipe to wipe objects. Solvent can be added before wiping, or the wipe can be used directly.
Third, during operation, the cleanroom wipe must be kept flat and not crumpled. When moving and wiping, try to ensure complete contact between the cloth fibers and the surface being wiped, and ensure wiping in the same direction only. Do not wipe back and forth repeatedly.
