2. Point-to-point resistance and electrostatic field testing
Instruments: Use surface resistance tester and electrostatic field tester for testing. Since these two instruments are expensive and there is no condition, they can be sampled and inspected at the supplier.
Clothes must be washed before testing, and then randomly pick 5 points on the fabric and use a surface resistance tester to test on the insulating table. The measurement result value should be between 10^5 and 10^11 to be a qualified product. Also consider It is affected by the ambient temperature and humidity. National standard: RH value: C/%. The temperature and humidity of the surrounding test environment cannot deviate too much from this value;
Measuring the voltage value generated by static electricity can also be done manually without a Faraday cylinder. Method: Select any 5 points, hold the fabric with your hands and rub it repeatedly several times. The force and times should be uniform, and then use an electrostatic field tester to measure the static voltage value. The national standard for temperature and humidity stipulates that the RH value is: (205) C/ %, the temperature and humidity data of the test working environment cannot completely deviate from our value too much.
3. Repeat the above test several times, record each test data by hand, and average the test results.
