SMT Stencil Cleaning Consumables
SMT stencil wiping paper, also known as SMT automatic wiping paper or SMT dust-free roll paper, is a special consumable used for cleaning stencil printing machines in SMT assembly in the electronics industry. It adopts a double-layer structure of wood pulp and polyester fiber through hydroentangling process, and has the characteristics of antistatic, high liquid absorption and low dust generation, and is compatible with mainstream printing machines such as MPM and DEK. [1] The product is divided into two types: plain weave and mesh, with a single weight of 56-68g/m² and a width of 23-200cm, which can be flexibly matched with different inner tube specifications. It efficiently removes solder paste and red glue residue on stencil and circuit board through a composite process of physical wiping and cleaning liquid wetting, and is produced in a clean environment to avoid chemical pollution. The double-layer structure design takes into account both liquid absorption capacity and mechanical strength. When applied to automated cleaning equipment, it can be used in conjunction with multiple processes such as spraying and drying to reduce printing defects caused by electrostatic adsorption.
