First, cut the anti-static table mat to be tested into a square with a side length of more than 10 cm, wipe the surface with a degreasing gauze, take three types of men’s cigarettes, a few of each, remove the filter, and place them in a working room for 24 hours. Hour. Next, ignite the cigarette in an indoor windless environment, let it burn by itself for 10 seconds, place it flat on a selected test point on the anti-static table mat sample to be tested, and still let it burn by itself for 10 seconds before taking it away ( If the cigarette goes out in the middle, then select a test point again), then continue to select two test points to repeat the above steps (the distance between the test points is greater than 5cm), and finally wipe the surface of the anti-static table mat for the test with a cotton cloth dipped in ethanol, and in natural light 45 °Under looking down, observe at a distance of 80cm.
Since the outer surface temperature of a cigarette is 550°C-600°C and the center temperature is about 830°C when the cigarette burns by itself under normal temperature and pressure, and industries that need to use high-temperature objects for processing, such as soldering in the electronics industry, the temperature of the electric soldering iron generally does not It exceeds 550°C, so the above test can test the burning resistance of the anti-static table mat more intuitively.
