The dust-free anti-static fabric is also called anti-static ultra-clean fabric, which is different from ordinary anti-static fabric.
It must have good dust filter, and the dust particles in the clean room mainly come from indoor flowing air and active human body. When the condition of the equipment is determined, improving the cleanliness means that the tiny dust generated by the human body is controlled to the maximum extent in the clothes, and it is not allowed to be released into the air. This is the so-called highest dust filtration rate. However, increasing the dust filter rate is at the expense of fabric and breathability. Therefore, the loose fabric is not suitable for use in clean rooms, and naturally it cannot be used as a fabric for esd coveralls.
