The relationship between the weight of the clean cloth and its quality

The grammage is a measure of the quality of clean cloth. The higher the grammage under the same material, the better the quality. The common unit for evaluating textile products is the weight of fabric per square meter, and the unit is "grams per square meter" (g/m2). ), abbreviated as FAW. The gram weight of the fabric is generally the gram of the fabric weight in square meters, and the gram weight is an important technical indicator of knitted fabrics.

For the same material, the greater the weight, the greater the fiber density, and the stronger the wiping ability of the dust-free cloth. Among the dust-free cloths, the ultra-fine fiber dust-free cloth can reach a higher level due to its fine fiber and density, so there is a high-density dust-free cloth with strong wiping ability and water absorption performance.

Ordinary dust-free cloth made of polyester fiber can wipe off oil and water stains when wiping. But it can't do anything about spots with strong stickiness.

After the grammage is increased, the density is increased, and the fiber density is increased, the scraping ability of the cloth can be enlarged, and the problem of dust removal can be reduced. This kind of dust-free cloth is called imitated ultra-fine dust-free cloth, and because the ultra-fine dust-free cloth is woven from polyester and nylon fibers, and the fiber section is orange petals, it has more space to absorb dust and has more water absorption capacity than Ordinary dust-free cloth is strong and has better scraping performance.

If the weight of the microfiber dust-free cloth is increased, the density will be greatly increased. The highest density is the high-density dust-free cloth, which has a thicker hand feeling, but still maintains soft characteristics. Moreover, after the density is increased, it even makes the fibers more oppressive, and the probability of dust falling is less.
