Anti-static jumpsuit refers to the style of dust-free clothing often used in clean rooms. Anti-static clean fabric is an excellent material for making dust-free clothing. When weaving, the surface resistivity of the fabric formed by evenly mixing conductive fibers or anti-static synthetic fibers or interweaving the two is between 10 to the 6th power and 10 to the 10th power. At the same time, its dust-proof performance is also well controlled by the filament fibers of the fabric.
The maintenance work of anti-static clothing is not done alone. The maintenance work of the one-piece dust-free clothing runs through all stages:
1. Regularly inspect anti-static clothing. If the electrostatic performance and dust-proof performance do not meet the standard requirements, they can no longer be used;
2. The inner layer of clothing must be completely covered, and no conductive objects or personal items should be exposed;
3. Dust-free clothing should be accompanied by dust-free shoes, dust-free gloves, dust-free masks and other products.
4. It should be kept clean to ensure anti-static and dust-proof performance, and cleaned regularly (preferably professional dust-free cleaning);
5. It is best to use neutral detergent for cleaning. The washing water temperature should not exceed 60 degrees during washing. Use hand washing or washing machine gentle washing program to avoid breakage of conductive fibers. It is best to have a corresponding test report after cleaning.
