Umbrella of dust-free clothing-purification and cleaning
Purification and cleaning business is currently in a rapid development stage in the north. Clean clothes have been widely used as work clothes in electronics, optical instruments, pharmaceuticals, microbiological engineering, precision instruments and other industries. However, many companies do not strictly control the cleaning process.
It severely affected the product qualification rate and destroyed the cleanliness of the purification room.
According to different usage environments, there are different requirements for the periodicity of cleaning of clean clothes. Generally, clean clothes in a thousand-level clean room are washed at least once a week. The washing process is also different from the general cleaning:
(1) The newly-made dust-free clothing can be washed directly, and the recovered dust-free clothing finds oil stains, and the oil stains should be carefully removed before washing.
(2) Before cleaning clean clothes, check the accessories such as scratches, damages and buckles, and repair, replace or scrap any defective ones.
(3) It must be cleaned, dried, and packaged in a clean room with higher cleanliness than a clean room using dust-free clothing.
(4) Use 18 megohm water for cleaning water, and use neutral detergent for cleaning.
(5) Drying is carried out in a dryer equipped with a clean air circulation system.
After drying, it can be combined with double-layer packaging for vacuum plastic sealing.
