Understanding Anti-static and Anti-fatigue Floor Mats

Today, a customer asked me about anti-static and anti-fatigue floor mats, asking many layman's questions. Actually, this product is very common in factory workshops. Below, I'll give you a brief introduction to anti-static and anti-fatigue floor mats.

The pattern on anti-static and anti-fatigue floor mats can massage the soles of the feet while walking, relieving fatigue and improving productivity. Anti-fatigue floor mats are relatively thick, generally 15mm-25mm, wide, and 400mm-1200mm, with a length of 400mm-10000mm. There are two structural types: a two-layer structure with an upper layer of anti-static plastic (with steel pattern for anti-slip) and a lower layer of elastic foam; and a three-layer structure with an upper layer of anti-static plastic (with steel pattern for anti-slip), a middle layer of elastic foam, and a bottom layer of conductive plastic. The elastic foam helps relieve fatigue and is generally placed where employees stand and work.

What is the difference between anti-static and anti-fatigue floor mats and ordinary anti-static table mats? Ordinary anti-static table mats are relatively thin, typically 2mm thick, and come in three common widths: 600mm, 1000mm, and 1200mm. They are 10000mm long and have a two-layer structure: an anti-static upper layer and a conductive lower layer. They are generally placed on work surfaces and do not offer fatigue resistance.
