1. The diameter of the conveyor roller and the minimum pulley diameter of the conveyor belt should meet the relevant regulations.
2. The anti-static tape should be placed in rolls, not folded, and turned over quarterly when stored for too long.
3. When the conveyor is equipped with baffles and cleaning devices, the wear of anti-static tape should be avoided.
4. The type and specifications of anti-static tape should be selected reasonably according to the needs of use and specific conditions.
5. It is not allowed to connect (match) anti-static tapes of different varieties, different specifications, models, strengths, and fabric layers together.
6. Conveyor belt joints are best to use hot vulcanization to improve reliability and maintain high effective strength.
7. Cleanliness is the basic condition for the anti-static tape to run well. Foreign materials can affect the tape eccentricity, tension difference, and even breakage.
8. Do not make the antistatic tape snake or creep, keep the tow roller, the vertical roller flexible, and the tension should be moderate.
9. When it is found that the anti-static tape has early damage during use, it should find the cause in time and repair it to avoid the occurrence of adverse consequences.
10. It is best to use a crane when loading and unloading, and use a rigging with a cross beam to hang it smoothly to avoid damage to the edge of the belt.
11. Anti-static tape should be stored in the warehouse to avoid the sun and rain; it is forbidden to contact with the organic solvent of acid, alkali and oil, keep it clean and dry, 1m away from the discovery device, the room temperature is between -15 ℃ ~ 40 ℃.
