What are anti-static stationery?
Anti-static stationery is mainly used in electronic manufacturing, laboratories, dust-free workshops and other places that are sensitive to static electricity. Its main function is to prevent static electricity accumulation from causing damage to electronic components or operational interference. Common types and specific products are as follows:
✏️ 1. Writing tools
Anti-static ballpoint pen/signature pen
The pen body is made of conductive material (such as carbon fiber composite material), and the surface resistance must be stable at 10⁶–10⁹Ω, which can guide the static electricity of the human body.
Applicable scenarios: electronic component assembly, clean room records, laboratory data filling.
Anti-static marker pen
Dual-head design (fine head marking/thick head writing), ink is alcohol-resistant to wiping, and the anti-static performance remains unchanged in a low-humidity environment.
📂 2. File management
Anti-static folder/file bag
Hard rubber cover: conductive PET material, flat or perforated design, used for dust and static electricity prevention of important documents.
Zipper file bag: inner layer composite metal coating to prevent static electricity generated by file friction.
Anti-static board clip/writing pad
A4/A5 size, thickened conductive plastic board, can export static electricity when clamping documents, suitable for production line records.
Anti-static file rack/file bar
Multi-layer partition design, anti-static coating sprayed on the surface to prevent paper sticking.
🖱️ 3. Electronic operation auxiliary category
Anti-static keyboard and mouse
Built-in conductive film, alcohol wiping resistance, stable resistance in low humidity environment (surface resistance 10⁷–10¹⁰Ω).
Anti-static tweezers
Stainless steel material + anti-static coating, elbow design for easy clamping of precision components (such as Deli anti-static tweezers).
🔖 4. Identification and protective supplies

Anti-static work card holder/document holder
Transparent PVC + conductive frame, support lanyard design to prevent human static electricity from interfering with electronic access control system.
Anti-static tape
Yellow and black warning tape, used for dust-free workshop floor identification, with both anti-static and warning functions.
⚠️ Notes
Performance maintenance: Anti-static stationery needs to be tested regularly for resistance value to avoid high temperature (>40℃) or low temperature (<0℃) causing coating failure.
Supporting measures: Using an anti-static pen alone has limited effect and requires a full set of ESD protection solutions such as anti-static wrist straps and grounding systems.
