What are the anti-static products

1. Work clothes: ordinary work clothes (made of chemical fiber and pure cotton) worn by operators can generate 0.2-10μC of charge when rubbing against the work surface and work chair, and can generate an electrostatic voltage of more than 6000V on the surface of the clothing and charge the human body.

2. Work shoes: Insulation resistance of general work shoes (rubber or plastic soles) is as high as 1013Ω or more. When rubbing against the ground, static charges are generated to make the human body and the clothes worn by them become static.

3. Various packaging and containers: packaging and component boxes made of PE (polyethylene), PP (polypropylene), PS (polystyrene), PUR (polyurethane), ABS, polyester resin and other polymer materials (Box) can cause static charges due to friction and impact to have adverse effects on the packaged devices.

4. Workbench: The surface of the workbench is rubbed and generates static electricity, which can discharge the electronic devices placed on it.

5. Various insulating floors: concrete, waxed and polished floors, rubber sheets, etc. can generate static electricity due to friction. In addition, because of its high insulation resistance, when the operator is charged with static electricity, it will not leak the static charge in a short time.

6. Certain electronic production equipment: high-voltage transformers and AC and DC circuits in certain component assembly equipment such as soldering irons, wave soldering machines, etc. can induce electrostatic voltage on the equipment. If no electrostatic leakage measures are taken, the components may fail during the assembly process.
