What are the technical requirements for anti-static cleanroom clothing?
These clothing are widely used in cleanrooms in industries such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, food processing, bioengineering, optics, aerospace, aviation, color tubes, semiconductors, precision machinery, plastics, spray painting, hospitals, and environmental protection. They come in a variety of colors and sizes to suit different anti-static or cleanroom environments.

1. Quality Requirements for Anti-static Cleanroom Clothing: The clothing must be free of damage, spots, dirt, or other defects that could affect wearability.
2. Seams: The seams of anti-static cleanroom clothing must be carefully and tightly stitched. Seam strength is measured according to GB 3923, and the tear strength must not be less than 98N.
3. Anti-static Performance: The charge and washability of each piece of anti-static clothing must meet the requirements listed in Table 1.
4. Structural Design for Anti-static Cleanroom Clothing: The general structural design should meet the following requirements:
It should be light and comfortable to wear, easy to remove, and conducive to human movement. Style and Specifications
a. Anti-static Clothing Style: Generally, work clothes are designed with a "three-tight" top and straight-leg pants (see Figure 1).
b. Size specifications refer to the provisions of GB 1335, GB 2668, and GB 2669. See Appendix C (Reference).
c. Size specifications may be determined based on actual conditions for special body types and industry-specific needs outside of the size specifications.
5. Metal accessories are generally not permitted on anti-static cleanroom clothing. If they must be used (such as buttons and zippers), they must not be directly exposed when worn.
6. Anti-static cleanroom clothing should be made entirely of anti-static fabric, not lining. If lining is required (such as pockets or reinforcements), the exposed lining area should account for no more than 20% of the total exposed surface area of the anti-static clothing. If the exposed lining area exceeds 20% (such as in cold-weather clothing or special clothing), the face mask and lining should be removable. 7. Tearing strength of anti-static dust-free clothing: The tearing strength of clothing materials is tested according to the method of GB 3923.
