There are currently two types of antistatic fabrics:
One is conductive thick cloth and the other is T / C cloth. The T / C cloth antistatic clothing uses 65/35 full process printing and dyeing polyester cotton, and weaving organic conductive fibers, and finishing it by special process to make high-grade polyester cotton workwear fabric It is comfortable and safe to wear. In the electronics industry, it can prevent the damage and aging of electronic components caused by static electricity. It is more important in the petrochemical industry and can avoid unnecessary dangers such as combustion and explosion.
The other is conductive silk fabric. It is an antistatic fabric made of special polyester filaments and high-performance permanent antistatic fibers through a special process. The specially-stitched electrostatic clothing using this process has excellent antistatic properties. The dustproof performance is favored by the vast electronics industry. This anti-static clothing is permanent anti-static, unaffected by low temperature, the minimum friction voltage can reach below 20V, and it does not generate dust, can effectively sterilize and inhibit bacteria, and is suitable for different levels of purification room work.
The two different types of anti-static fabrics have different focuses, and the specific purchase should be based on the requirements of the working environment.
