Because of its physical properties, the rubber also needs to use a utility knife for cutting. What professional knives are needed, but you still need to pay attention to the strength when cutting, and make sure to cut it with one knife, otherwise the edges will be rough.
1. Do not touch acid and alkaline solvents! The surface of the anti-static rubber may cause problems such as discoloration, fading, and resistance decline after contacting acid and alkali solvents, so do not contact acid and alkali solvents.
If cleaning is required, please use a neutral solvent (such as water, etc.) to wipe with a rag.
2. Please test and paste the anti-static rubber before laying it! When laying the rubber, glue is used, which must be compatible with the bottom of the rubber and the material of the workbench, so that it is firmly bonded and will not shrink after the product is stuck.
It is recommended to test paste before mass production.
3. Pay attention to the product shrinkage problem! The anti-static rubber will shrink when it is finely laid. It is recommended to lengthen and relax the product specification when cutting, and store it for 24 hours at the same time, so that the product has a fatigue recovery process, and then glue the production.
