Why Antistatic Training

Static electricity must be encountered by everyone, especially in the dry winter. When I get up and comb my hair in the morning, my hair will often "float" and become more and more disordered. When I take off my sweater, I often make "slap, pop, pop" sounds It is static electricity that occurs in the human body. The so-called static electricity is a kind of static charge or non-flowing charge (the flowing charge forms a current). The human body is susceptible to static electricity, and discharge occurs when it comes in contact with other people or metal conductors. However, the general static electricity is not harmful to the human body. But the accumulation of static electricity is inevitable. Severe static electricity can burn human skin.

Therefore, when our lives and experiments or other static electricity are affected, we need to prevent such events. The human body has three main types of antistatic: antistatic clothing, antistatic shoes, and antistatic wrist straps. The human body's electrostatic protection system is mainly composed of anti-static wrist straps, ankle straps, work clothes, socks, caps, gloves or finger cuffs, etc., which have the functions of electrostatic leakage, neutralization and shielding.

The first step in preventing ESD is to properly evaluate how small details can cause irreparable damage if ignored. An effective plan requires not only the use of effective ESD protection equipment, but also rigorous operating procedures to ensure that all personnel on the plant floor are ESD-safe.
