Many customers always ask why the anti-static tape seat bought some time ago was tested against static electricity for a period of time. It is also easy to get rotten. There are various problems such as the dust falling on the whole dust-free workshop. It is even a headache. Customer complaints, various returns! Is there not a good quality antistatic tape dispenser? I did not add money! !
The dedicated antistatic tape dispenser for cleanrooms should be produced by injection molding with a special antistatic material in order to achieve a permanent antistatic effect. However, most of the sales in the market are based on surface coatings, which are temporary anti-static. What is coating? In fact, it is using electrostatic liquid to wipe the surface, shielding the static electricity generated by the surface of the insulating plastic, it does not sound like a problem. However, the coating of the electrostatic liquid is temporary, and the surface coating will be damaged after being rubbed, and the anti-static effect will gradually disappear.
For the various problems above anti-static tape, we have made the following research and improvement.
Disadvantages of previous antistatic tape dispenser:
1, the surface coating treatment, anti-static life is the biggest problem.
2. The material of anti-static tape seats is produced from recycled materials. After the surface damage, the material will be more fragile after secondary damage, and it will be easily damaged and cracked. In particular, during the transportation, the probability of crash after external force is more than 50%.
3, the filler material contains sand dust, easy to dust out (clean room is absolutely no dust).
4, the bottom of the EVA sponge is an ordinary sponge, after the coating treatment, although the resistance can be, but the voltage after friction will be more than 100V voltage.
For the above four problems of anti-static tape seats, Dapu Company has made improvements.
Our anti-static tape dispenser are improved as follows:

1, anti-static raw material injection molding production. Really permanent anti-static.
2, for esd tape dispenser material fragile, I use a new material injection molding production, adding a suitable proportion of toughener into, to increase the flexibility of anti-static adhesive tape, to ensure a stable anti-static resistance while the material is not easy Rotten, after the drop test: no damage or cracks after 20 drops (test after filling, weight: 1.5KG)
3, on the phenomenon of anti-static adhesive tape off the powder, we in the product design, did a leak-like structure. The probability of powder dropping is reduced to a minimum, and the bottom is made of one-piece monolithic anti-static EVA adhesive padding.
4. The EVA at the bottom of the pad is a truly permanent anti-static EVA sponge, non-coated.
In addition, special instructions: The test method for coating and electrostatic material production is very simple.
There are three small ways:
1. Clean the surface with clean water.
2. Clean the surface with alcohol.
3. Scratch the surface with a knife.
If it is coated, after these three methods are processed, and then tested, it is no longer possible to detect antistatic effects or the effect will increase. Close to the insulating lamp position, the frictional voltage must exceed 100V.
