Analyze anti-static mat

It is well known that in the electronic product processing factory, the desktops used on the assembly line are anti-static mats. Since the requirements for processing electronic products are very high, the anti-static suits worn by the operators. Shoes and so on are very important.

But many people are not sure what the main role of anti-static mats is! In the production line, many electronic components are placed on the workbench, but since the production environment is sometimes difficult to control, it is the most likely to generate static electricity. Such static electricity is also very harmful to electronic products. The operator must discharge the static electricity on the surface of the object to the ground, so that the static electricity will not accumulate and the damage to the electronic products can be minimized.

The installation method of the anti-static table mat is also relatively simple. Lay the anti-static mat on the desktop, fasten the anti-static grounding wire on the surface, and connect the other end of the grounding wire to the anti-static floor that leads to the earth. The static electricity collected on the desktop can be discharged through the anti-static grounding wire.

1. The green surface is for storing and absorbing static electricity around the tabletop, and its resistance is 107---109 Ωcm;

2, the black bottom is a conductor ≤ 106 Ωcm, due to the conductor can quickly discharge the absorbed static electricity;

3. One end of the grounding wire is connected to the anti-static table mat, and the other end is connected to the earth. Therefore, the static electricity is smoothly discharged to the earth through the connecting wire, so that the static electricity around the desktop is discharged through this principle.

The use of anti-static mats can prevent many managers from worrying about the loss of electronic components all day long, and can also minimize the risk cost!
