Anti-static clothing
During the use of anti-static clothing, please do regular inspections. It is recommended that the inspection interval should not exceed 3 months to ensure that the anti-static performance always meets the requirements of the standard. Please refer to national standards or American standards for testing methods.
First of all, the anti-static clothing you use must be produced in accordance with the requirements of the national standard or the American standard, and it is a professional anti-static clothing suitable for electrostatic places or dust-free purification workshops. When using, please note the following:
1. Wear anti-static clothing correctly, and do not put hard objects in the pockets of anti-static clothing or underwear;
2. When the surface of the anti-static clothing is stained with insulating materials such as paint, resin, etc., the anti-static performance of the product will decrease, so please remove it in time;
3. During the use of anti-static clothing, please do regular tests. It is recommended that the test interval should not exceed 3 months to ensure that the anti-static performance always meets the requirements of the standard. Please refer to national standards or American standards for testing methods.
4. During the use of anti-static clothing, please try to avoid the following operations to avoid affecting the anti-static performance of the anti-static clothing: Do not modify the internal structure and do not wear ordinary clothing outside the anti-static clothing; if the clothing is damaged, please promptly repair it professionally;
5. If you need to clean and store the anti-static clothing, please pay attention to the following:
(1) Please choose a neutral detergent with a PH of 7~7.5 (please do not use washing powder, so as not to damage the conductive wire and affect the electrostatic performance)
(2) The water temperature during cleaning should be between 32℃-60℃, please don't rub strongly, choose professional anti-static clothes washing machine.
(3) The temperature during drying should be less than 60℃.
(4) Please avoid the anti-static clothing contacting sharp objects.
