General requirements for electrostatic protection areas

(1) There are at most two entrances and exits to an electrostatic protection zone, which are regarded as safety doors and are located in a conspicuous position at the door. There is a permanent yellow-bottomed black safety zone nameplate, and a permanent unified warning sign.

(2) The room temperature of the work area should be controlled between 15-20℃, and the relative humidity should be controlled between 50-70%.

(3) Avoid generating instantaneous high-voltage sources or clockwise high-voltage operations in the electrostatic protection zone.

(4) The desktop, equipment, and human body must be safely grounded (that is, at zero potential). Ordinary plastic plates, plastic sheets, bakelite boards, rubber pads, etc. must not be placed on the leaking static electricity table.

(5) Non-productive items such as tableware and other items are prohibited from being placed on the workbench.

(6) The drawings and documents used by the operator should be put in a transparent anti-static plastic bag.

(7) Operators should wear anti-static work clothes, anti-static work shoes (socks), anti-static work gloves and work caps.

(8) People in non-protected areas should also wear anti-static overalls and work shoes when entering the production site with permission. They are not allowed to touch SSD or PCB at the production site, and are not allowed to approach personnel who are operating.

(9) The electrostatic protection zone should be avoided near the electromagnetic field of high-power radiation sources.

(10) The facilities in the static protection zone shall be installed in accordance with the regulations of static control methods and processes determined according to the needs of the production process.
