Anti-static control in production workshop
Operators should check their anti-static wrist straps, anti-static shoes, and electrostatic clothing before starting work every day. You must test and record before you can enter the workshop. If it is damaged, find and replace it with a new electrostatic wrist strap, electrostatic shoes, and electrostatic clothing. IPQC tests whether the electrostatic ring worn by the operator is effective every morning and afternoon when the line is open, and if there is any abnormality, notify the production director or department manager to deal with it.
The operator should check whether the grounding point of his workstation is loose or falling off before the formal operation. If so, the relevant person in charge should be notified immediately for handling.
Operators should keep the surface of the static table clean during get off work and before leaving work. The surface of the anti-static table must not be lined with paper, glass, plastic folders and other objects that are prone to static electricity.
Electrostatic sensitive materials and semi-finished products/finished products must be transported and stored in anti-static packaging (such as static shielding bags, anti-static component boxes, etc.). For online materials that are not anti-static packaging, they need to be replaced with anti-static packaging with ion fans. Pay attention to separate anti-static component boxes/boxes from ordinary plastic component boxes/boxes. Non-anti-static items such as foam, paper, plastic bags, etc. are not allowed in the anti-static container.
The production department shall monitor and record the temperature and humidity of the workshop and warehouse on a daily basis. If there is any abnormality, it shall promptly notify the relevant personnel for handling.
IPQC tests the electrostatic skin on the work surface every 15 days until the surface impedance reaches 106~~~1011 before it can be put into use. If there is any abnormality, relevant personnel should be notified in time for handling. All turnover carts/static boxes/static sponges/static bags can be put into use after the surface impedance reaches 106~~~1011.
