Anti-static floor mats are used in many electronics factories, but the anti-static floor mats are usually not cleaned very well and are easily ignored by the factory. After an electronics factory laid the anti-static floor mat, in a shortly subsequent inspection, it was found that the system resistance of the anti-static floor mat exceeded the standard.
After on-site observation, it was found that there was a lot of dust on the surface of the anti-static mat. After the surface was thoroughly cleaned, a new test was carried out. The system resistance of the anti-static mat was completely qualified. This also fully illustrates the importance of cleaning the anti-static floor mats in normal times, but do not use corrosive solvents when cleaning, so as not to reduce the service life of the anti-static floor mats.
The system resistance of the anti-static mat should be tested every three months. Of course, before the test, remember to clean your anti-static floor mat.
Similarly, the anti-static floor should be cleaned frequently!
