Anti-static heel strap detection method


First, the relevant parameters:
1, rubber surface resistance
Conductive layer 10^3- 10^5Ω.
Dissipation layer 10^6-10^9Ω.
2. Conductive ribbon to ground resistance 10^6Ω (1MΩ).
The length of the conductive tape is 400-450mm (can be made according to customer requirements).

Second, note:
1. When using the electrostatic heel strap, each user should wear both feet to increase the heel strap.
Contact time and continuity with the ground, thus reducing the possibility of human body electrostatic hazards.
2, conductive ribbon must be in good contact with human skin.
3. It must be used on the anti-static floor or ground where the system is grounded.
4. The anti-static heel strap must be fastened to ensure anti-static effect and safety.
5. Clean regularly and keep clean.

1) Megohmmeter: Two voltages are available for selection, 100V and 10V (plus or minus 5%)
2) Aluminum tin
3) Conductive plate, insulating pad
4) Counterweight steel ball
5) Temperature and humidity cabinet (optional)
