The primary differences lie in the number of air outlets (blower heads), physical dimensions, airflow volume, and airflow coverage area.
Key Differences: The SL-002 features a dual-head design with an airflow coverage area of approximately 40 × 90 cm, making it suitable for standard or medium-length workbenches and localized static elimination on production lines. The SL-003 features a triple-head design; it has a longer body (approx. 1.1 meters), an expanded airflow coverage area of 40 × 120 cm, and higher airflow volume (up to 330 CFM), making it ideal for wider workstations or automated production lines requiring a broader range of static elimination. Size and Weight: Due to the addition of an extra fan/ion emitter unit, the SL-003 is longer and heavier than the SL-002, placing slightly higher load-bearing demands on the mounting bracket during installation.
Selection Advice
If your work surface or conveyor belt width is within 90 cm, the economical and practical SL-002 dual-head overhead ionizing blower is a suitable choice. If the work surface is wider (around 1.2 meters) or if there are higher requirements for airflow volume and efficiency in static and dust elimination, the SL-003 triple-head overhead ionizing blower is recommended.
