Static safety workbench

2. The electrostatic safety workbench consists of a workbench, an anti-static table mat and a ground wire. The ground wire should be reliably connected to the earth. To ensure that the static charge is safely discharged to the ground. The ground wire of the anti-static workbench should be a multi-strand plastic wire with a minimum cross-sectional area of not less than 1.25 mm2, and the color of the outer skin is yellow-green.

The wristband system should have a ground resistance of 106 to 108 Ω. The test method is specified in clause 10.5.2.3.
6. Anti-static container In the process of development and production of electronic equipment, all containers for storage and turnover of static sensitive devices (component bags, turnover boxes, printed boards, component storage boxes, etc.) should have electrostatic protection performance, and ordinary plastics are not allowed. container. The totes for storage parts should be equipped with a grounding wire if necessary.
Anti-static overalls
1. Personnel entering the anti-static work area or touching the static sensitive device should wear anti-static overalls. The anti-static clothing fabrics should meet the requirements of GB12014 "Anti-static overalls".
2. In the environment with relative humidity greater than 50%, anti-static overalls are allowed to use pure cotton products.
3, anti-static soldering iron, anti-static soldering iron station should be reliably grounded, the welding head part of the multi-strand copper core wire (1mm2) directly grounded, the resistance from the welding head to the grounding system should be no more than 2Ω.
4. Anti-static gloves and fingers are made of static dissipative materials with a resistance value of 105~1010Ω.
