Management regulations for operators and anti-static jumpsuits in clean rooms

Anti-static overalls should be smooth, anti-static, non-shedding fibers and particulate matter. The size should be loose fit, the edges should be sealed, and the seams should be sealed inside. There should be no pockets, horizontal pleats, straps, and white or light colors in the clean area. The anti-static body is cut with a whole piece of fabric, and the waist is tightened with a flat rubber or elastic band. The neckline, cuffs, and hem are made of materials that are not contaminated with dust. The hat covers the entire head, revealing only the eyes and nose, and the ears have small holes. Most of the anti-static split suits are jackets with loose trousers or western tops and loose trousers. The collar of the shirt is a stand-up collar, and it is a small open collar. The neckline is tightly tied with a flat rubber band or a seam. Generally, the zipper type is used instead of the button. The anti-static shovel is used for the laboratory clothes of the clean room smock fabric, and the cuffs are tight with rubber bands. The hem should pass over the knee.

The underwear fabric worn by the operator is preferably polyester. Although it is worn with anti-static cleansing clothing, it can still emit dust. Some people in foreign countries have tested it. Different underwear has different dust. The polyester is the least, followed by cotton, and the most is the sweater. The clean room is in the space for the purpose of controlling planktonic microorganisms and dust. The management of operators and their clothing is closely related to dust and microbial contamination in the clean room and must be given high priority.

Washing and drying of anti-static clean clothes should be carried out in a clean room to avoid dust and insect contamination. Work clothes with different cleanliness requirements should be washed separately. At the end of the work, the control area and the clean area staff should change the overalls in time and put them into the disinfection window to be washed by a special person. Do not bring out the control area or the washing area. The sterile clothes in the clean area and the control area are washed and dried, and then packed into the sterilization bag one by one, and concentrated and sterilized. After sterilization, make a status mark and indicate the date of sterilization. The sterilized work clothes should be used within 2 days. Work clothes cabinets should be divided into work clothes cabinets and work clothes cabinets, and have obvious signs, and should not be mixed to prevent cross-contamination. The general production area uniforms are washed 1 or 2 times a week. The uniforms in the control area and clean area must be cleaned and disinfected every shift. Work clothes in general production areas, control areas and clean areas should be clearly distinguished in terms of style and color, and should not be mixed.
