Anti-static mat laying method

1. Anti-static floor mats can not be laid in any place, so the first thing you have to do before laying the floor mats is to tidy the laid ground. The ground to be paved can be any one of terrazzo ground, porcelain ground or wooden ground, but the ground must be flat, without any obvious unevenness, and the strength of the ground must be sufficient, and it must not have any lift. The ground must be dry in the sand and shelling place. It is not good to lay the mat on the wet ground. After all these factors have been checked, use gasoline or xylene to clean the ground. Make sure that there are no impurities on the ground.

2. The laying of anti-static floor mats requires steel or aluminum strips. When laying these steel or aluminum strips frequently, lead one section to the ground. Note that the length and width should be determined according to the actual situation. Then lay the conductive net, and apply some conductive glue on the ground. After the glue dries, glue the bottom surface of the floor mat with the ground. In order to make the mat tightly stick to the ground, it can be rolled with a heavy roller. Press 5 times to know that the surface of the floor mat is flat and level. Note that when laying the floor mat, the temperature should not be lower than 25 degrees Celsius, and at the same time maintain ventilation, so that the conductive glue can dry quickly.
