There are three main reasons for the aging of the mat:
First, light and air lead to aging: mainly due to the ultraviolet light and ozone in the light, the rubber material is aging.
Second, heat aging: mainly the heat source in the workplace produces higher than the ambient temperature or heat source radiation, electromagnetic waves, etc., so that the table mat heat aging.
Third, the chemical reaction leads to aging phenomenon: mainly due to the use of chemicals, chemical reagents or chemical gases in the work, so that the mat is aging.
Although we have added many anti-aging materials to the mats, the aging phenomenon cannot be avoided. In order to extend the service life of the mats, please try to do the following:
First, the work site and the surface of the table mat should be kept clean.
Second, try to use UV-free lamps, UV is one of the reasons for accelerating the aging of the mat. Workplace ventilation is better. Minimize the concentration of ozone in the air. Various machines and equipment may generate ozone, electromagnetic waves and electric radiation during operation.
Third, the table mat should avoid contact with heat sources as much as possible. If it is unavoidable, the contact part should use the old table mat or other equipment to isolate the heat source, which can effectively extend the service life of the table mat.
4. During the use of the table mat, please try to avoid the chemical contact with the table mat. If it is accidentally touched, it should be wiped clean as soon as possible.
5. When cleaning the table mat, do not use benzene, toluene, lipids and ketones as cleaning agents. Try to use environmentally friendly cleaning materials that do not damage the mat, and reduce chemical cleaners as much as possible.
Sixth, the optimal use temperature of the table mat is between 15-30 degrees and the humidity is between 45% and 75%.
