The surface of the film is flat, and most of the film processing is automated production. The ion wind rod is beautiful in appearance, small in size, and has a large-scale and rapid static elimination effect. It is especially suitable for large, medium and small mechanical equipment, and is easy to install. The ion wind rod is fixed above the surface of the membrane, the membrane passes through the ion wind rod without being attached to the membrane, and is 2-10 cm away from the membrane. The ion wind bar can neutralize the static electricity on the film surface in about 0.2 seconds. The electrostatic ions of the ion wind bar remove static electricity, foreign matter and dust on the surface of the object, which belongs to the industrial category and is suitable for the initial electrostatic dust removal of flat objects. The appearance designed by the principle of curtain shading is installed at the entrance of the clean plant assembly line. The curtain ion wind can effectively isolate the air mixed flow inside and outside the clean plant.
