For example, a customer calls and says that the static electricity in their workshop is very high, and they burned out the electronic components in many products. Ask the customer how high the static electricity is, and if they don’t know, how long has it been static? Electrostatic equipment? Is there a testing instrument at the production site? They all said no. The workers wore anti-static wrist straps, anti-static clothes and anti-static shoes, and asked whether the customer's wrist strap was grounded and what was the grounding resistance? The customer's answer makes you dumbfounded. You have never tested these products and don't know how they are qualified. The customer also said that no one in the factory is responsible for static electricity protection, nor does it understand static electricity, my God!
Therefore, anti-static experts suggest that when you find static electricity, you must do all the analysis work and have a technical engineer who knows anti-static knowledge. Many companies may think that it is unnecessary to have an anti-static engineer, but in actual production, they know how to improve product quality.
