Daily Maintenance of Antistatic Flooring tiles
In the production of electronic products, antistatic flooring is an indispensable component of EPA (Electronic Protective Equipment) work areas. Due to the special nature of its materials, the following points should be noted during daily use:
1. Workers must wear dedicated antistatic shoes. Walking on it is strictly prohibited to wear shoes with nails or high heels.
2. It is strictly prohibited to scratch its surface with hard objects. In particular, large equipment should not be run over the antistatic flooring.
3. Avoid using volatile liquids for cleaning the surface, such as alcohol, acetone, toluene, and banana oil.
4. When laying antistatic flooring, pay attention to environmental hygiene. There should be no stones, cement, or other hard objects present to avoid scratching the floor.
5. Soft-soled special shoes or shoe covers should be worn in the production work area to prevent dust from entering the workplace.
6. Antistatic flooring should generally be cleaned once a year, followed by antistatic floor wax for polishing and maintenance.
