Electronic product electrostatic hazard
In daily life, electrostatic hazards are everywhere, especially in the electronics industry. Therefore, we take corresponding measures to prevent static hazards, such as the environment in which the product is exposed (contact items, humidity, ground, anti-static). Workbench, processing equipment, anti-static tools, etc.; operators wear (wearing anti-static clothing, anti-static hats, anti-static footwear, anti-static gloves, anti-static wrist straps, etc.).

Because of the separation of contacts between objects (such as friction, separation, collision, etc.) or electric field induction, the diffusion, transfer or migration of charged particles between objects or within the object causes the accumulation of charges on the surface of the object, presenting a charging phenomenon. This phenomenon is called static electricity. Static electricity may cause the surface charge of the object to attract the dust of the opposite-charged particles in the air, resulting in the degradation of the performance of the electronic sensitive components and even the destruction of the structure. Under certain circumstances, electrostatic discharge will occur, causing partial damage or breakdown of components, and serious fire, explosion, etc. Every year, because of static electricity, we have caused great losses.

At present, with the rapid development of electronic product technology, polymer materials are widely used, but the electrostatic phenomenon of electronic products is becoming more and more serious. Ultra-fine, ultra-thin processing technology and fine structure of products make it sensitive to electrostatic discharge. Higher degrees, electrostatic discharge below 20V can also cause damage to electronic components. And the potential threat of static electricity is difficult to check, we can only prevent it from happening, so the electrostatic protection of electronic products can not be ignored.
