Environmental anti-static measures when using LED
1. Laying anti-static floor and grounding dissipation system, surface resistivity: 10 6~10 9/cm2
2. The electrostatic sensitive device should be operated on the anti-static workbench. The anti-static work surface should be laid with a protective working surface made of static dissipative material. Grounding: Surface resistivity: 10.6~10.9/cm2 Volume resistivity: 10.3~10.8/ Cm2 Friction electrification potential: ≤100V Electrostatic voltage decay time: ≤0.5S

3. For the entire operation of the electrostatic sensitive device, the DC ion fan should be activated and operated within the effective range of the ion fan (generally not exceeding 60 cm).
4. The relative humidity of the electrostatic protection zone is controlled above 50%, preferably between 70% and 80%.

5. To have a good anti-static grounding system, the ground, wall, workbench, equipment, instruments and wristbands, according to the work area and unit, are isolated from each other, enter the ground sequentially, and then enter the flow into the ground.
6. Antistatic appliances should be used in the electrostatic protection zone: various containers in the electrostatic protection zone, work fixtures, work surfaces and equipment pads should avoid the use of materials that are prone to static electricity, mainly refers to general-purpose materials and rubber products.
7. Soldering iron (preferably with a straight thermostat) and the test instrument used should be well grounded.
